My art education began with art classes at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, when Arthur Lismer was the director of the school. From then on, I never stopped painting and studying art. I had the opportunity to spend six months in Paris, where I completed many sketches, and took photographs for future reference. Besides, the various university courses and art workshops I attended, one could say I am mostly self-taught.
My work has been included in juried and solo exhibitions nationally and can be found in Canadian collections, i.e. The Alberta Foundation for the Arts, The Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies and the University of Alberta Children’s Hospital as well as numerous private collections internationally.
I paint in my studio full-time and teach art workshops.
