I was born in New York and raised in New Jersey. Right after high school, I moved to New York City, where I learned much about life, music and art. But I never picked up a paintbrush until I retired. Instead, I spent a dozen years in the travel industry, followed by 20 years in technology, and another 20 years in real estate.
Finally, when I retired, I began to explore art. Those early years in New York are a big influence on the art I create today, 50 years later!
