Sometimes I just need to leave his physical plane with all the fighting, wars, and egos so I dream of a dystopian future.
Inside you will find aprons for adults and children, placemats, pillows, tapestries, bags and more.
Within, you will find blossoming colors, fresh love, and new life. Some Spring days can still have a chill. They can be dark and wet. I find I appreciate the sun the most when it’s on the heels of the wind and rain. I also love the smell of rain on the winds after the long drought. That is more Fall tho, isn’t it? May the designs within help you appreciate both the grey and the sunshine.
There are so many that teach and guide us along the way. To stop long enough to hear them is key.
It’s hard to know what is true these days. We can find support on the internet, for any belief we hold. We need to be aware so as not to blind ourselves to the truth just because we want something to be true. Stay vigilant friends.
My art overflows into my life. My clothes, my hair, my glasses, my decor, walking in nature, cooking and so much more. Appreciating a sunset. Watching the hummingbirds. Listening to the music of nature. I love it all. Life seems to get louder as I get more still. Beauty truly is everywhere.
I want to live my life out loud. I want to show my kids what going after what you love looks like. I want them to follow their dreams. It’s not easy but it’s so worth it.
The opening of a doorway just begs to be entered. It begs me to move closer and take a deeper look. There’s a separation. Where I am now, to where I’m going. I feel the excitement in my bones as I get closer. It’s a beginning anew. Something I’ve already done countless times before but at the same time I’ve never walked through this specific door. This is new. It’s exciting and scary. What awaits me I’ll never know if I don’t proceed so here I go.
Oh those crossroads! Am I right? So many choices!!! What if you knew, whichever path you take, is the right path to take. Would that relieve some stress and anxiety? It does for me. I hope it helps you as well because it’s true.
I’ve never been to Central Park but I also feel like I have at the same time. I don’t even know if you could see the towers from Central Park but this is how I envision it in January 2001.
So many lifetimes lived when you look back on it all. Is there more joy than sadness? Are there lessons learned? People loved? People lost? Heartache? Pain? pride? It’s all in there…and so much more.
As Lili goes for a meandering walk, not paying attention to where she goes, she finds a tower that no one seems to notice. She climbs the tower stairs cautiously to find the view at the top is like nothing she’s ever seen. Her town looks completely different. Lili reminds us to actively seek different views, perspectives, and opinions. Together, it is the differences that make our world beautiful.
A Monk walks quietly through the park tuning into all senses as he does so. Everything stills and becomes loud at the same time.
When we leave the city behind and find ourselves away from the bright light we realize there are worlds out there for us to get lost.
The intense heat of the day is quenched with the setting sun.
The majestic ancestors of the Redwoods in Northern California speak to a wisdom that far surpasses human existence.
Having a friend that wears their heart on their sleeve. Someone who is open and honest. Someone who truly listens and holds space. I wish that for everyone.
Day 36: Dragonflies symbolize wisdom, change, transformation, light, and adaptability.
As we continue to work on our own energy we heal a small part of the world. Energy work matters.
The sounds and smells of the beach; waves crashing, seagulls and laughter. It all reminds me of my dad.
On a cold winter night an eagle soars above looking at all she has created.
The Aurora Borealis beams her brilliant colors and rests in the background. She beams her beautiful vibrancy whether anyone notices or not.
If you sit in silence long enough, or practice quitting the mind, you might just get a glimpse at what awaits you across the void.
On vacation, there are so many amazing new experiences. All the ways it’s different from our home, is what makes us feel so alive. It reminds us how big our hearts can grow when we experience new and exciting things.
I live the 80’s. So much that’s classic and hair is definitely one of them!
The sands of our lives are constantly changing. There will be a lot of people along this journey. Some will be fleeting and some will feel as h though they’ve been with you in many lifetimes. They all matter.
Everything we see, touch, feel, experience is all energy. It’s all around us and a part of us, all the time.
This collection calls to our strength in transition and change. It calls us to be open, to trust, and to remove the labels of “good” and “bad.” In the sunset of life, it is not about loss but rather new beginnings.
Divine Fade is about our connection with the Divine. It does not mean our divinity fades or that our connection to the Divine fades. It’s, instead, soaking in a setting sun and observing the world around us change from the harshness of the day to the peace of the night. Divinity is everywhere. It touches everything. It lies within you.
“I send you my love” in times of beauty and joy to dance and celebrate with you. In times of darkness, “I send you my love” to remind you that you are not alone. I sit in quiet reflection with you as you go through the struggles and pain of being human. I am here, always.
She turns heads when she walks in the room. She knows her worth. She is sexy. She is confident. She exudes love and generosity. She encourages everyone around her to dive into their own individuality and be the person they are meant to be.
There is so much beauty in the night. It is different than the brightness of the day but difference doesn’t mean less than. The night holds many mysteries that we can open to as we sit in quiet meditation. As we do so, the night will come alive and remind us to love all parts of ourselves. It reminds us that we may see similarities and differences in others but they are all beautiful.
As we stand side-by-side fighting for our freedom to love, of choice and of speech, it is love that unites and connects us all.
This is a digital kaleidoscope of two of my favorite colors. I hope this pattern brings you joy and peace
“Breathe” is a reminder to stop and just breathe. The best place to do that is, of course, in the mountains. It’s so easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life. Take a moment to stop and focus on your breathe. In this moment: You are safe. You are enough. You are whole. You are loved.
We are all at different points on this journey. If we overlap for even just a blink, I hope to make your journey a little bit brighter.
You are guided by your intuition. When you listen to the nagging voices, you follow the course laid out before you. Is it destiny? Possibly, but you make the choice to step on it. To walk it. You’ve got this!
This painting captures the intimate moments between mom and baby in the early stages of life. This is pure love that feels like no love ever experienced before. This is the love I tap into when I want to send my love to someone in need.
This series is about the intentions we set for ourselves. We have to fill our own buckets first in order to have something to give. Receive Love, Give Love is about exactly that; self-care. We set the example for how others treat us. You are worthy. You are enough. You are deserving of love. I send you my love.
This image represents the open roads of life. Not all roads travelled are easy. Every now and again our path is crystal clear as we’ve been listening to our guiding light. Doors open. Lights turn green. Everything is in flow.
For on the water while driving our boat is probably one of the scariest experiences. I could hear the ferry horns in the distance, or was I right in their path? I couldn’t see the flag on the bow because the fog was so thick. I had to rely entirely on my instruments. It’s beautiful and haunting at the same time and so easy to get turned around.
Incase you forget, or you somehow aren't feeling it, I'm here to tell you, "You are Enough."
These flowers represent the essence of an idea. They start as a mere bulb in the ground which no one knows is there except the one who planted them. It grows roots down first. There is much that is happening below the soil before it finally pushes through the ground. It is vulnerable at this stage and has to embrace the courage to be seen. With love and nourishment it will grow to full bloom where the bees and butterflies praise its glory with visit upon visit. It then begins to wilt to make room for the new thoughts and ideas just breaking ground. Its bloom and body will provide nourishment for the new ideas to come.
