Meet the artist behind Lennybean!
Maarit Annala is formally trained in Architecture and Engineering Design and through a 30 year career she loved the design aspect within the field, producing works of art within building designs and creating promotional materials through her photography.
While raising her children she became an entrepreneur owning a custom bridal, and floral business in southern Ontario, where she designed and created custom bridal wear, theatre costumes, dance, skating wear, and floral arrangements.
Most recently, while recovering from heart surgery, through the encouragement from her daughter, she found her long lost passion for water colour painting once learned and practiced in College.
Lennybean provides the perfect forum to merge her love of painting, photography and fashion. She currently produces concepts and unique artistry designs ensuring ethical reproduction on a selection of Canadian made items.
