I inspire high achievers to re-discover their creative zen and work through creative blocks and heal from grief/loss through poetry and art.
As a child, I was pigeonholed into believing I was more of the analytical, science girl.
I wasn’t encouraged to be “creative,” even though my family was filled with highly creative people.
A creative fire always burned within me — I’d just never given myself the space to channel, express, or play with it.
Eventually, my body literally forced me to explore my creative side, as it was desperate for an outlet to remove stress and rigidity from my body.
So, I leaned into what I call my creative zen.
{Zen: a state of meditative calm in which you use intuitive insights as a way of Being.}
{Creativity: giving yourself permission to go with the flow, trust your intuition, and express yourself in any medium without stressing the outcome.}
