My goal is to have women dressed in a unique expression of creativity. In a time when women, in particular are cladly dressed in lack of great clothes, the wearable art clothing here can make them feel good about themselves. Donning Janice King's wearable art restores class and elegance to Black Women!
Janice paints using bold acrylic color on canvas, creating vibrant images of Black women, scenic views, still life as well as abstract designs. She has exhibited her art in NYC and Delaware, her new home state. Through popular demand, Janice also creates wearable art from her original works and has shown them on catwalks in NYC-the Billie Holiday Theatre and The Kings County Supreme Court's Annual Fashion Show and in Delaware at the Chris White Gallery. In addition, Janice has partnered with Morgan's of Delaware Boutique in Wilmington, DE which now carries her wearable art fashions.
